4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
3kbet offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on games that are approved for bonus wagering.
- Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirements have been met.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time.
- Bonus offers are personal and non-transferable.
- 3kbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bonuses or systematically collect bonuses (such as strategic hedging or arbitrage betting) is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, network issue, or software error, 3kbet will make every effort to restore the game from the last saved state. If restoration is not possible, the bet amount may be refunded based on technical assessment.

6.2 Terms for VIP Benefits
VIP tier benefits and cashback rates are subject to change. 3kbet reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time at its discretion. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash in a lump sum.
7 Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 Closure at User Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed.
7.2 Closure by 3kbet
3kbet may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Fraud, dishonest activity, or bonus abuse.
- Providing incorrect or false information on the account.
- Failure to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
- A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction for 12 consecutive months. The balance of an inactive account will be preserved, but identity verification may be required to reactivate it.
