Our protection tools
Use these features to stay in control of your gaming experience at 3kbet
Set deposit limits
You can set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This keeps your budget in check and reduces the risk of overspending. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one is subject to a waiting period.
Time-out break
If you feel you need a temporary break, use the time-out feature. You can suspend your account temporarily for anywhere from 24 hours up to 90 days. During this period you cannot place bets or make deposits, but you can still withdraw any previous winnings.
Self-exclusion
If gaming becomes a real problem, choose self-exclusion. This lets you close your account for the long term — from six months to permanently. Any attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period is automatically blocked by the 3kbet system.
Set betting limits
You can set a limit on a single bet or on the total amount wagered within a set period. This feature keeps you from placing excessive bets on impulse and helps you build planned gaming habits.
Account verification
Identity verification is mandatory for every account at 3kbet. This prevents underage access and ensures that only individuals aged 21 or above can enjoy gaming. Your information remains fully secure and encrypted.
24/7 support team
If you have any concern about gaming at any time, let the 3kbet support team know. Reach us via live chat or by email at [email protected] in Bengali or English — we are available around the clock.
Warning signs of problematic gaming
If you notice the following signs, consider taking a break and seeking support
Feeling the urge to bet more to recover money you have lost.
Hiding your gaming habits from family or friends.
Being unable to stop gaming, even when you try.
Neglecting important life responsibilities — work, studies, family.
Spending more than your set limit and going into debt.
Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gaming.
If one or more of these signs match your situation, it may be a sign of a serious problem. Please contact the 3kbet support team right away or activate self-exclusion.
Steps to keep yourself protected
Set a Budget
Decide in advance how much money you will spend on gaming each week or month. Only deposit an amount whose loss would have no impact on your daily life.
Stick to time limits
Avoid gaming for long stretches at a time. Take regular breaks, spend time with family, and treat gaming as one of many leisure activities rather than your only form of entertainment.
Play with a clear mind
Never game when you are under stress, feeling sad, lonely, or under the influence of substances. In these states your ability to make decisions is weakened and the likelihood of taking excessive risks increases.
Accept losses
Winning and losing are both a normal part of gaming. After a loss, do not try to recover that money by placing more bets. This kind of behavior often leads to even greater losses.
Set limits and stick to them
Use 3kbet's deposit limit and betting limit features. Once you set a limit, make a firm commitment not to break it — this is the foundation of responsible gaming over the long term.
Seek help when needed
If you cannot control yourself on your own, activate self-exclusion and seek help from family or a professional counselor. The 3kbet support team is always ready to guide you in the right direction.
Age restriction strictly enforced
3kbet is for individuals aged 21 or above only. Age verification is mandatory at account registration, and accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately. You are advised to use parental control software to prevent underage access from your device.
If you know of a minor attempting to use 3kbet, please inform us at [email protected]. We need everyone's cooperation to build a safe gaming environment.
